Facility Pricing:

5 cabins, 1 studio, 3 vintage RV’s plus 3000 sq. ft. Grand View House, and use of 6 acres including creek front.

Off season rate $1695 per night includes housing for 49 people, can sleep up to 60 people.

Peak season rate $1820 per night includes housing for 49 people, can sleep up to 60 people.

Extra people staying on property over 48 or visiting for event is $10 per person.

Wedding Pricing

$3890 for off season or $4140 peak season. Includes lodging for up to 48 guests and use of the pavilion and property for 2 nights, parking assistance, trash collection, and wedding prep consultation.

We have sleeping arrangements for up to 59 guests, but each additional person over 48 will be $10 per person per night. If you have more than 59 guests for lodging, speak with us about other options.

Day guests will be $10 per person.

Pavilion, Bar & Outdoor Kitchen

Pavilion rental includes, ice machine. Fee is $100 per day. Weddings are required to rent for 2 days. Pavilion must be completely cleaned up by renter or $200 clean up fee will be assessed.

Bar rents for $35 per day.

Outdoor kitchen includes gas grill, griddle and side burners, rents for $35 per day includes one propane tank,
